#23 Sophomore Guard
Outlook: After making a solid impact on the Pioneers as a freshman Artis is an experienced veteran on the 2009-2010 team. As a freshman Artis played out of position in the post for the Pioneers who needed depth. An off-season of skill development and play on the perimeter has Artis ready for a new role this season.
2008-09 – Freshman Season
Contributing in many roles off the bench, and spot starting Artis provided valuable minutes as a freshman. Playing as a forward and at times as a guard Artis averaged 4.8 points per game (135 points). Artis compiled season totals of 43 rebounds, 10 assists, 7 steals, and 5 blocks.
