Justin Byrd
#3 Senior Guard
Outlook: In his second season with the Pioneers senior guard Justin Byrd gives the Pioneers a burst of speed and quickness as well as veteran experience.
Byrd uses his lightning quickness to handle the point guard position and is a pest on defense guarding opposing ball handlers.
A threat to score inside and out, Byrd runs the club pushing tempo and distributing the ball to teammates on the break.
2010-11 - Junior Season
As a junior, Byrd averaged 2 points per game connecting on a 41% of his shot attempts from the field and hit 94% of his free throw attempts. Byrd finished the season with 31 assists.
