Myles Artis
#23 Senior Guard
Outlook: Entering his fourth season as a member of the Pioneer varsity basketball team Artis has earned all-conference honors in the Suburban South and Suburban West.
A solid student and leader in the academic community, Artis will be looked at for leadership on the court by the Pioneers.
2010-11 - Junior Season
As a junior Artis started 27 games for the Pioneers, averaging 11.4 points per game, 4 rebounds, and 2 assists per game.
Artis connected 45% of his shot attempts from the field, 33% from beyond the arc and hit 67% of his free throw attempts (91/135). Artis finished with 96 rebounds, 50 assists, and 12 steals.
2009-10 - Sophomore Season
As a sophomore Artis started 26 games for the Pioneers, averaging 14 points per game and earned first team Suburban West all-conference honors.
Artis connected on a school record 63% of his shot attempts from the field and hit 66% of his free throw attempts (79/120). Artis finished with 86 rebounds, 20 assists, 18 steals, and 12 blocks.
2008-2009 - Freshman Season
A key reserve for the Pioneer team that earned a district championship, advancing to the sectional round of the playoffs Artis averaged 4.8 points per game in 28 games.
Connecting on 53% of his field goal attempts, he finished with 43 rebounds, 10 assists, and 7 steals.
